nextstore.com.kw gladly accepts orders from all around the GCC, Egypt, Jordan & Lebanon. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address of your order.

To avail a warranty you need to ship the products back to “nextstore.com.kw”; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with the recipient/buyer’s country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; The recipient/buyer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from nextstore.com.k, the recipient/buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Return and Refund Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise two way shipping will be charged. Return request can be sent online (Contact us) by email or by phone. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Receiving a Refund
You will receive your refund after we receive and process your returned items ( for the items eligible for refund) . Expect your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).
This time period includes:
- 1 to 3 business days for us to receive your return from the courier.
- 1 to 2 business days for us to process your return
- The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)

Order Cancellation Policy
Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Your Order on the "Confirm and submit" page. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
To attempt to cancel your order during processing:

- Find the order on your account Main Page
- Click the order number to see the Order Details.
If it is still possible to cancel, you will see an enabled Cancel" button on the Order Details page that you can use to cancel your order. If the "Cancel" button is not enabled, the order is already being shipped and cannot be canceled.
If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with the returns policy.
